Penguin United Component Cable
Manufacturer: Penguin United
Site: Buy from Penguin United
Price: $9.49
Overview : Wii component video cable enables 480P (progressive) video display resolution between the Wii console and your Television. This is the highest video display resolution currently supported by the Wii console and it makes a HUGE difference on your HDTV. The cable includes five connectors, three for video and two for stereo audio. Penguin United believes in providing our customers with more reasonably priced cables at the exact same quality as what our competitors offer. We are confident that we offer the BEST price for the quality currently available on the market.
Features :- The enclosed Wii component cable is to be used for Nintendo Wii console only and is not compatible with any other devices.
- Please ensure your TV can accept component video input connections-they are usually marked Y, Pb, Pr and are colored green, blue, and red.
- The use of this cable will allow games to be displayed in 480p progressive mode (if supported by the game).
- Please refer to the game instruction booklet and the settings selection of the Wii operation manual for details on setup procedures.
- Please see your TV owners’ manual for information on connecting a component video cable.
- Cable length 6ft/1.8m
Quality/Usability : (excerpt from our Wii Component Review)With Nintendo own Official component cables being sold out and hard to find, 3rd party manufacturers are releasing their own.
Those who have high-definition TV sets must and I mean MUST get component cables for all their home consoles. If you have a high-def TV and still using composite cables, why even own a high-def TV in the first place?!
Component cables make a huge difference when it comes to graphics, details and color. The quality of these component cables are great. They're definitely better than composite cables that came with the Nintendo Wii console. Unfortunatley, since I couldnt get my hands on Nintendo's component cable, I can't compare.
The cables themselves look generic and normal third party cables. But once you plug them in, gameplay is a whole new experience. As a matter of fact they look almost identical to the Wii Component Review). I noticed that the quality was slightly better than composite. Images werent as blurry and colors were better. Texture of images were cleaner but you'll see some jaggies.
The length of the cable is pretty long measuring 6 feet. But it wouldnt matter how long considering your Wii is probably in close proximity of your TV set.
Conclusion : Overall, the Penguin United Component Cable looks identical to the Wii Component Cable both in cosmetic and display. I didnt see much of a difference between the two. The price factor is about $5.00. If you're looking for a spare or like to travel from place to place often, it would be a good idea to purchase a component cable and leave one at that destination so you dont have to carry it back and forth.

The market for cooling solutions for the Xbox 360 is getting a little crowded a year after the console's launch. Nyko was early on the scene with the company's Intercooler 360 (review) / (review (DCEmu)), which has since been followed by many competitors. Pelican is expanding on the theme with a new product scheduled for a late Q1 launch, the Air Flo Cooler.
The device adds two USB-powered cooling fans to the 360 to add a degree of security for owners dreading the common 'Red Eye of Death' and actually goes further to add some unique spice of its own. As the picture shows, the Air Flo also sports connections for the 360's diverse output options, including composite, s-video, component, and VGA, as well as a 4-port USB hub, Ethernet jack, and optical and RCA audio. The concept may prove a useful alternative to the array of individual dongle cables for each video connection that are currently available, especially for players that travel with a 360 and require compatibility with as many TVs as possible.
The Air Flo cooler will carry an MSRP of $29.99. Source: IGN

Talismoon PSU Energyser
Manufacturer: Talismoon
Site: Buy from Divineo US / Buy from Divineo China
Price: $20.99
Overview : Replace your original power supply with a standard ATX Computer power supply of your choice. Now you can have an inexpensive replacement, or, opt for more power, less noise, or both! The PSU Energyzer requires no assembly or wiring - just plug it in, turn on your PC power supply, and turn on your Xbox 360.
The PSU Energyzer is a special cable with an OEM Xbox 360 power plug on one end, and a 20 pin ATX connector on the other.
Please note that the original Xbox 360 Power Supply provides 203 watts, and 12v DC current at 16.5 amps, and 5v DC at 1 Amp. For the PSU energyzer to work, your PC power supply must provide this much SUSTAINED power at a minimum. Many PC power supplies are rated for PEAK power instead of sustained power, so you must check the label of your power supply to see if it provides enough sustained power.
Quality/Usability : Talismoon PSU Energyser is an alternative to the brick sized power supply for the Xbox 360. The Energyser is a cable that connects directly to your PC. Once its connected to your PC and turned on, it draws its power from the PC to power your Xbox 360.
This eliminates having to use the power supply that came with the console and frees up a wall outlet for other devices. There was no slow down, lags or any problems running the Xbox 360 through the cable. The console acted normal and ran fine just as if it was plugged powered through the original AC adapter. But you have to make sure that the power supply on your PC is able to handle the power to be able to run your console.
Of course, this only works if your Xbox 360 and PC are near each other as the cable isnt that long. But long enough.
Conclusion : Overall, the Talismoon PSU Energyser cable is a great spare power supply or replacement to have. Only drawbacks would be is if your PC is either far away or in a different room from the Xbox 360 and if in order to play with the Xbox 360, you have to have computer turned on. I know some like to turn off their computers and some leave it on for days/weeks. But it does free up a wall outlet.

Wii Controller Grip
Manufacturer: PEGA
Site: Buy from Goldenshop
Price: $7.00
Overview :- Wii controller grip has a nice appearance and good touch-feeling.
- Designed according to controller shape, the two grips are suitable for different kinds of people, and you can play your games freely by holding the two bars.
- The controller grip will ease your hands tiredness.
Quality/Usability : The Wii Controller Grip is to give you a better grip and comfort when holding the Wii Remote controller when used horizontal. Like the Wii Steering Wheel that was reviewed, the Controller Grip also has little foam paddings on all sides to prevent any scratching on the Wii Remote. Access to the B button is not really easily accessible since the hole is fairly small and the button does not stick out of the back of the Controller Grip. The wrist strap situation is the game. There is no opening on the back of the grip to allow the strap to go through. So, you'll either have to take the strap off or it will be somewhat of an annoyance. I noticed that on the back of the grip, there is a small hole with the words "SYNC". How can we sync the controller if there is a battery cover in the way?
Unlike the Steering Wheel, the Controller Grip does have grooves on the bars for better gripping. The comfort of holding the peripheral is pretty comfortable.
Conclusion : Overall, the Wii Controller Grip feels nice in the hands but the small opening for the B button and lack of a hole for wrist strap isnt good. If you purchase this and have access to a dremel, you may want to make the opening bigger allowing your finger to reach the B button easily.

Wii Steering Wheel
Manufacturer: PEGA
Site: Buy from Goldenshop
Price: $10.00
Overview : Simulation controlling, let you feel real and exciting. Enhance the joy of playing games.
Quality/Usability : With racing games such as GT Pro and Excite Truck, holding the Wii Remote normal feels a little awkward..well to me that is. I want something that resembles a car steering wheel or maybe get that fake feel of actually driving (minus the gas pedals).
The game GT Pro came bundled with a steering wheel but for those who didnt purchase GT Pro but purchased Excite Truck was left steering wheel-less. Thats where 3rd party manufacturers come in. PEGA has been jumping on every opportunity when it comes to designing and ideas for Wii peripherals. Their latest is the Steering Wheel.
The Steering Wheel is one piece. You place the Wii Remote controller into the slot and start playing. On each side of the slot where the Wii Remote goes into, there are small padding to keep the controller from scratching. On the back of the Steering Wheel is an opening for the B button, thus allowing easy access. Slipping the controller in and out is easy and doesnt take any strength.
If you're like me, who uses a case on the Wii Remote, you'll have to take it off in order for the controller to fit into the Steering Wheel. Also, if you're using a wrist strap (which you should be), you'll either have to take it off (if you're not using Nintendo straps) of it will be somewhat in your way.
Conclusion : Overall, the Wii Steering Wheel is a nice product but has some minor flaws. I personally would like to see some grooves of some sort for better grip. An opening even a small one so that the Wii wrist strap can go through. The price is very affordable.

Whether you want to make your SONY PSP™ stand out in the crowd or just need to replace a scratched, worn or cracked stock black faceplate; the high quality CAMY PRO GEAR ™ faceplate kits will allow you to quickly and easily give your PSP ™a hot new look.
To be available in blue, red, yellow, black or white; each CAMY PRO GEAR™ faceplate color is professionally designed in DUAL INJECTION molds which gives your faceplate an extra crystal look accenting the color by putting a clear plastic layer on top of the color plastic layer, just like the original PSP™ faceplate on your PSP™.
CAMY PRO GEAR™ faceplate is the first aftermarket DUAL INJECTION PSP™ faceplate in the market today!
Why is DUAL INJECTION different?
CAMY PRO GEAR™ faceplates are actually created using two individual layers, the colour layer and the clear outer layer, just like the official SONY PSP™ stock faceplate.
This completely removes the ridge effect around the display lens normally found on replacement faceplates, as the clear layer is actually used for the lens!
Why should i switch?
Unlike current faceplates on the market, CAMY PRO GEAR™ DUAL INJECTION faceplates do not suffer from incorrect or tight fitting, which makes installation easier and keeps button functionality as good as the stock faceplates.
Camy Pro Gear recently launched their website with the release of their new PSP faceplates. The faceplates are DUAL INJECTED meaning the main faceplate itself is one coating and the second is a clear coating similar to that of the original PSP faceplate.
Currently DecalGirl.com, Llamma's Adventure, and VideoGameAdvantage are the only distributors in the US.

Nyko Dual Charger AC
Manufacturer: Nyko
Site: Buy from Nyko / Buy from ConsoleSource
Price: $24.99
Overview : The Nyko PS3 Dual Charger AC for the PlayStation 3 features dual-USB inputs, allowing two PlayStation 3 controllers to be charged simultaneously from any standard wall outlet using the two included four foot Mini USB cables. The compact unit features collapsable prongs for easy storage and can also be used to charge any USB compliant electronic devices, such as digital cameras and MP3 players.
Features :- Charge 2 wireless PS3 controllers from a standard wall outlet
- Includes AC adapter and 2 4ft Mini USB cables
- Collapsable prongs for easy storage
- Charges other Mini USB devices
Quality/Usability : A draw back with wireless controllers is that if you're playing and forgot to charge, you'll end up with a dead controller while you're playing. This isnt good if you're in a heat of the moment battle against that almighty villian. Luckily for these 3rd party companies, they have come to the rescue.
Nyko has released a Dual Charger AC for the PlayStation3. It is a miniature charging station for the SIXAXIS controller. The charger has a built in wall outlet plug with prongs that sticks out if needed and hides in the adapter for easy storage. On the front of the AC adapter, it houses two USB ports (with cables) that plugs into the SIXAXIS controllers for easy charging while you play. Whats great about about the AC adapter is that it also works for other USB compliant devices such as MP3 players, digital cameras, cellphones and even your PSP.
Simply plug the Dual Charger AC into the wall, plug the USB cables (included) into the adapter and hook up the cables to the controller and you're ready to game!
Conclusion : Overall, the Nyko Dual Charger AC is a must have accessory for any PlayStation3 owner. This item will definitely get a lot of use. Not only will this charge your SIXAXIS when you're not using it but it will charge while you're playing.
The best thing about the adapter is that its small and easy to store but you can also charge other USB compliant devices. Only bad thing about this is the short cables (4 feet) especially if you dont have a wall outlet by where you sit. 6 feet would have been better.
